I have 2 phantom “TuneIn (New)” music services which show up on my iPhone, iPad and in the web app but not in the Mac OS app.
I can’t authorise them and I can’t delete them (“Accounts not removed. Something went wrong when removing your accounts. Please try again”).
Sonos support have had me wipe and reinstall the apps and restart all speakers but that didn’t help. When I sent them a diagnostic they said that there is no TuneIn service installed.
I was on the phone with them for an hour trying to get them to delete with no success. Anybody else seen this? Really odd.
