when I connect to a radio station via Tunein (FIP in France) on Sonos, It only shows the station name and not the title playing.
The same radio on the web shows all titles in direct

Title information must be added to the stream before it is sent out. Typically there are multiple streams sent out. Some streams might be designed for local listeners using dedicated players and other streams are intended for generic players. Evidently the stream used by TuneIn does not include title data or the data is incorrectly coded.
I think that you should contact the station or TuneIn.
