Search in the app for an Album. This used to find albums in my collection or on Amazon or Spotify.
Now with Spotify all I get is “Featured” songs and a link to open the Spotify app.
Is there now way of playing whole albums from within the app any more?
You need a Spotify subscription service to get what you’re looking for, by the looks of the screenshot you’re currently using a ‘free’ version of Spotify (with advertisements).

So has the trial period ended? If not, try reauthorising their service in the Sonos App, or even removing the Spotify service and reinstalling it again from ‘Settings/Services & Voice’ in the Sonos App and see if that fixes it for you.
