Trueplay - general error when trying setup - BEAM gen2

I read that many people have problems while trying to set up true play. I’m still fighting and haven’t solved it yet. I changed three different IOS devices, made a number of resets on the Beam gen 2, have all updated apps and iOS but still not working. Really frustrating. 
 

has anybody solved it?

There have been more reports of problems since the new app was introduced. That might be coincidence, of course… Also the room does need to be very quiet when you do try. 
Id leave it a few weeks to see if anything changes in the app and then try. 


I have done 4 trueplay tunings in the past 8 days. None of them sound good. I do them all the same as I used to do them, same room, same components--microphone on an Iphone 15 promax all clean and lint free. I can only attribute this to the app--something’s just not calibrating or translating translation to the system. 

On the ios18 update, my trueplay froze with the continue button unresponsive---rebooting the phone twice fixed that.

System = ARC, submini, two Ikea symfonisk bookshelves rears--had this a while.

Hopefully a major update will refine allsorts of features
