trueplay and playbase not working since update

I have a playbase, sub gen 2 and two play 1’s as rears setup as surround. When I try to trueplay, it gets to the spot where it says “next you’ll hear A series of tuning sounds…” I click begin tuning and nothing happens.. any ideas how to resolve this?

I’ve tried the “play Spotify” for a minute or so before trueplay.. does not work.
