Set up arc and era 300 surounds

tried trueplay to finish set up disappointing because 

trueplay froze at the point when turning iPhone to have microphone at top 

tried several times no luck

The same problem, reinstalling the application does not give anything.


Trueplay was broken in the first few days of the new app launch for iOS devices and I believe I first reported it to Sonos. Anyhow About a week later (in May) TruePlay was working as it should and has been ever since. Just to test I ran TruePlay on two of my systems both with Arc, Sub and Era 300 as surrounds. Both ran perfectly. Are you using iOS or Android.

Also make sure there is no background noise such AC, microwave or some other device with a low hum nearby.
