There is a connection, but the app won't play.

Hey there,
As a result of a PowerPoint issue, the electrical supply to the house was shut off. As soon as the power is restored, all three rooms appear to be working. It won't play anything until I play something. Tune In does not have any radio programs. My Tidal streaming account was used to listen to music. Once again, nothing. I need your help!

I would perhaps first try a quick & simple reboot/power-cycle of your router & speakers and see if that resolves the matter.
