Sonos WHY are you advertising new products etc when you're ignoring your loyal customers who made the mistake of buying Sonos products, YOUR APP DOES NOT WORK! A simple command i.e. turn up/down the volume still does not work It is dangerously glitchy, if i turn it up it just jumps up/down after 5 or 10 seconds, this is ridiculous, Could you please reply with an honest answer?

Same problem here snce May, its completely unnacceptable to see such little care for customers that have been loyal and buying Sonos and building up their whole house over this over several years.
Clearly no tests have been done on mix of old and new components. I have literally all generations since teh beginning of Sonos in the same house. It was working just fine before the update in May. The volume issue you are describing I have as well as many other issues.
