I find the new Sonos app hard to use & I don’t like it. How do I update my music library and can I go back to the S1 app which wasn’t broke & worked well for me? 
 

I purchased my Sonos equipment to distribute music that I own in several rooms and outdoor spaces in my home. I bought my first speakers in about 2016 , and have slowly added to my system. I have been disappointed in the past when Sonos took away functionality that I HAD ALREDY PAID FOR by deciding when to break my speakers, where I can use them and forcing me to login. I did not want any of this, it only served to slowly rot the once great user experience. This last update is the last straw and I am unwinding Sonos from my personal audio experience. I’ve already moved to BlueSound in my vacation home and will soon be selling the following on eBay:

 

2 Sonos Connect

2 Sonos Amps

7 Sonos One Speakers

1 Sonos bridge.

 

In response to my thousands of dollars in investment in this product I get treated like a subject in some kind of experiment to see how lousy you can treat your customers and still keep them. In my case it was 8 years. So long.
