Agree with Mmillion. 

 

I've spent 45 years writing app code, user QA'ed before released to the public.  This new UI sucks.  It's as though it was DEI AI written. 

 

What a total piece of crap.  Roll it back to the prior version. 


The new UI seriously has me looking to avoid the Sonos software UI and connect directly to Spotify or YouTube Music. There needs to be some communication from Sonos that acknowledges the issues or I’m gone. Things like simple search are hard to find. Most of the time the song forwarding is greyed out. Why does the amp default to the alphabetical first location…I guess I need to change the name of my balcony and kitchen.  I suspect this UI was rushed as they dealt with backend scalability issues and the UI is just kind of screwed. History shows it is very difficult to win back consumer subscribers once they leave (siriusxm, directv, Netflix).  Clock is ticking Sonos management…..fix the UI and let is know the plan. It is easier to retain clients then acquire new ones..
