system no longer works properly

Ever since the new app a few years back. I have had nothing but problems with the connectivity of my system. It seems like every month I have to completely delete and reinstall my whole system to get it to work for even a few days.

Did anyone else have these issues? Were you able to solve them? And how?

We’ll need more details. Which SONOS components are in your system. Are they wired to the network? Describe your network for us. Mfr? Model? Are there any switches? If you haven’t already, check your router documentation and make sure to “reserve” IP addresses for all regular network clients. (Don’t bother with guests).

I'd sure start with reserved/static IP addresses for all Sonos devices. Assign, power down ALL, reboot router, power back up.

The factory reset rarely cures anything, just hides it for a short time if anything.
