hi everyone, in the first configuration of the symfonisk frame, after connecting it to wifi, it forces me to update, but it can't get it updated giving me the 1002 error and even restarting it to factory data doesn't work, what can I do?

yes, I downloaded it on Android
Can't you use the PC program to set up a device? Somebody must know.
I don't know, because I don't have the PC to try, I only tried with the phone
