I am now begining to have doubts over my investment in Sonos

Having suffered at the hands of appgate since the last update I now have the following issues which I beileve are linked

On my Windows Desktop I get

stream.mp3

The song is not encoded properly

On my iPhone

When I select an album and hit play nothing happens

the play button disappears and is replaced by a spinning symbol

Then the play button comes back and if I hit this enough times, after a delay in plays

My frustration with growing. It seems to go from one issue to another.

Iphone

Build 81.1.58210

No changes to my system or network apart from the recent updates

Did not have the problem before the update

Previously I totally reconfigured my home network and have no issues with it
