I have now for several months not been able to listen to my play lists. Sonos Customer service helped me shortly to change to a less Secure connection as Sonos does not work with 5G.

This made my internet very slow and in my opinion Sonos ignore their Customers and does NOT solve the problem but blame YouSee.

I had YouSee Long before I bought my Sonos - only to play my YouSee play list which I was told I could do. And I have been able to do this until Sonos started their updates. 
 

This is NOT acceptable and I do no longer renommed Sonos to anyone.
