Suddenly all devices in the house have stopped connecting Spotify to our Sonos:3 - message says 'cant play this right now' when looking at the list of devices. Tried switching off and on, removing Spotify and reconnecting within the Sonos app, but nothing has worked. Does anyone have any ideas that might help? The is really frustrating!

Welcome, thank you for reaching out to Sonos Community and providing the diagnostic report.

This is odd your getting this error message since you already tried to remove and add back the service to Sonos app can you please try to hardwire the Sonos:3 directly to the main router/modem using ethernet cable and test if it's still going to get the same error message?

Then you need to set up the speaker wirelessly again Go to Settings » System » Network » Wireless Setup.
