Spotify keeps losing connection to my sonos speaker. I have recently switched to amazon music on trial and I've had no issues with it. As soon as I reconnect it to spotify the same things starts happening. You haven't been able to give anybody a satisfactory answer as far as I see. Any solution? I've tried he usual router reboots yadayada

If the connection to any other service is fine without any interruptions, that suggests it is the server sending the stream to your Sonos that is the issue, and not the Sonos. In your case, you should be speaking to Spotify, since they own the servers that Sonos is getting the music from.
