Good morning everyone,

I have a family subscription to Spotify. Using our iMac I can connect to my Sonos network using my Spotify account but I cannot connect my wife’s account to the Sonos. She can’t connect via her iPhone 11 either. All our software is the very latest version.

Can someone help please?

When you try to add your wife’s Spotify account in the Sonos app, are you still logged into your account in the Spotify app? If so, log out of your account in Spotify and log in to your wife’s account and then add her account in the Sonos app.
