Good morning.
I have an amp that I connect my cell phone to.
If I listen to Spotify (having a subscription) on my mobile phone I don't have any type of advertising that interrupts my listening.
instead if I connect it to the amp advertising takes place.
does anyone know why?

Are they different account credentials for the Sonos Spotify service, perhaps? If not, have you tried removing and reinstalling (or simply reauthorising) the Spotify service in the Sonos App just to see if that fixes it?
