Hello my name is Sebastian, I am having trouble working my Sonos speakers through my iPhone while on the app. Only my Sonos Five and Play 1 1st gen allow me to change the EQ’s and adjust volume through the app. The Beam gen 2, with two Play 1’s “1’st gens” as surround speakers and Sonos Move seem to be connected to the app. However don’t allow me to change the EQ’s or ad them to a group. I also can’t Airplay or play music from the app to those two speaker, if I just wanted to listen to them individually. For some reason it is working perfectly fine on my dad’s iPhone through the app, he can connect to all speakers and control volume of each speaker but it’s just not working on my iPhone through the app. If anyone can help me out with some troubleshooting, that would be marvellous.
