Not enough information to even begin to suggest a solution. I would urge you to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

This, like the sound restriction feature, is the new content restriction feature. Moving forward, Sonos is pivoting into the “Door-Stop-Category” where their equipment, which all of us were dumb enough to buy, can be used, reductively, in its best purpose to hold open fussy, unbalanced doors that require stopping.
