sonos update

Today (29/5/2024)

I am no longer able to get into the sinos app as it keeps asking to update a product I do not have or ever had.

 

When I open the app I see the general screen for a few seconds and then it asks for a system update. I follow the instructions but it shows an image of a zine player which I do not have.

If I try and update it says my system is up to date then says a sonos update is required for my products to work properly.  I cand fet past this screen. 

I have a network consisting of a beam, play 1x2 snd a sonos one.

Please advise what is going on
