When switching to a different network/router I factory-reset my sub-mini and started set-up from scratch. I get connected to the wifi, but the setup fails in the final stage when the sub-mini will not add to my system (Beam Gen 2)

 

Anyone got any ideas?

I have the exact same scenario. I can ping my sub mini on my wifi but I can not add it to a room or set it up as a Sonos speaker. Support has been no help instructing me to wait for an app update.
