I have a Sonos 1, a Sonos play and a ray soundbar. When I power up my Sonos play or 1 the app always defaults to the soundbar and I cannot see the others. Do I need to reset with a hard wire to the router again?

It sounds like you must have set up the Ray as a ‘new system’ then.
- Factory reset the Ray.
- Start the app and make sure it can see the One / Play:1 speakers.
- The Ray may trigger a popup in the app automatically to add it. If it doesn’t, go to Settings/System and hit Add Product.
