HELP HELP HELP

I set up a new system and when I select SONOS RADIO it says REAUTHORIZE. When I do it it says now you can use SONOS RADIO on your system. But when I select SONOS RADIO it again says REAUTHORIZE. 

I am in a loop (no error message) and can not use the service.

 

Tried already a couple of things like restart the app and so on.

Beyond rebooting the router first, then the Sonos speakers, I’d recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of reproducing this error, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
