Hi

 

We can’t select Sonos Radio anymore (it started about a week ago) :

On both Android and iOS:

  • Message Sonos Radio Account is expired appears
  • After clicking the proposed buttons to ‘re-authorize’
  • Same message reappears
  • in an endless loop

We have multiple Sonos products, everything is updated.

I can find many related topics, but the only suggestion I found is “Use desktop app”, which is not a solution to me.

Is there a solution available?

The first thing I’d try is a reboot of your router, followed by a reboot of your Sonos system. If that doesn’t fix the issue, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
