Sonos Radio is in an authorization loop; the new app is unable to successfully authorize access to the channel. My older desktop Mac OS app which I DID NOT update works fine. Do not update all resources or you will need to wait for a fix to this issue. 

RE: Sonos Mgmt, please consider that we are paying a monthly fee to have no access to service 

I have had the same problem for the past 2 weeks since updating the SONOS application, I have deleted and re-added the iphone app...It didn’t solve it? It’s very annoying, does anyone have a fix please?


Sonos is just sooo incompetent.

Since the update, I have had no access to Sonos radio. I tells me to “reauthorize” and when I try to do it, it just goes back to asking again.

Absurd.

I have reset the speakers, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, etc. Wasted hours on this.

NEVER AGAIN another Sonos product in my house.
