sonos Playlists

I used the Windows desktop add to create a Sonos playlist and can use the app to play the music on my Sonos device.  However, I cannot see the playlist on my iPhone app ( updated new version) or my iPad (not updated).  The iPad only shows Imported playlists.

How do I make my Sonos Playlist visible to the iPad app, or the Web based app which also refuses to show it on my iPad browser.

The music is hosted on my NAS drive which is SMB1 only but I can browse and play from it using the IPad app.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

 

 

UPDATE:

The Playlist option has now appeared in the iPad app. I suspect there may be some kind of synchronisation delay - can anyone confirm?


FURTHER UPDATE: x

And this morning, the Playlist option is again missing from the Browse menu of my iPad app.  What am I doing wrong please?


Playlists are under Favorites in the New App.
