I have changed my music service provider from Deezer to Spotify. When I then use my Sonos system with a playlist I generated on Sonos which has songs added from the old Deezer account to the playlist now won’t play. So question is … is there anyway of updating the playlist so it looks at same song but from my new Spotify account?

Sure, download my iOS app (see profile), export the Sonos Playlist in soundiiz format, import that into soundiiz.com and it will convert it into any music service.
