Apple music issue

Despite restarting the sonos system, reloading apps on all devices, apple music will not go to the log in screen but remains a white out, its alhad a glitch before and I've successfully reloaded it. 

This time a week has passed and no further on. Help!

I've also removed devices from apple music and re linked. 

 

Are you using an Android device? There is a known issue of being unable to add Apple Music to Sonos via an Android device. Sonos is fully aware of this problem and is currently investigating it.


Hello yes. Huawei phones and tablet, I've tried a MacBook but you need to use IOS! Just starting up an old iPad in desperation, thanks for the feedback that helps and saves me wasting time continuing to try and load.
