This has happened since we got Spotify (2 yrs ago?). When I pull up the error log, I can see that Sonos loses connection with Spotify every 3-5 minutes. Sometimes it will skip over songs or sometimes everything will stop playing all-together. We have no issues with Pandora, only Spotify. We purchased the boost about a year ago to help with our internet connection, but we have not noticed much of a difference. Our most recent Sonos Diagnostic was submitted at 5:49 on Wednesday 1/20/2021. Our diagnostic number is 2091627459. This issue was with our playbar. It lost connection for about 2 minutes. We have reached out to our tech company, and they have not noticed any issues on their end with our internet connection. Any tips? Thank you!
