Question

Sonos is just getting me down

Another app update which fixes nothing. No reply from support. No official explanation or even acknowledging something went wrong. Guardian reporter writes effusive review of their headphones and only mentions the app issues in passing. It's just evident that no one at Sonos even cares right now.

The latest update actually added a lot of the missing features with more updates to come:

What specific problems are you referring to?

According to this thread, Sonos is aware of the issue:

They used to have a list of the known bugs. Now they just list the missing features and don’t even bother about bugs. It sucks cause we are clueless if Sonos knows about the issue and when it might be fixed.

I've written to MyTuner, see what they say. If they can be arsed to respond. I bought my Sonos to work as a radio. Now it's useless.

Are the stations that you listen to available on a different device? TuneIn, for example?
