Sonos has made the classic mistake of deleting a valued customer service ( personal playlists) in an attempt to drive revenue and has invited competition that will cost it dearly. Like 1000s of others I’m working on how to do music without Sonos.
SONOS Playlists are still intact in the players. Temporarily they are not accessible through the pad/phone controller. You can access the SONOS Playlists using the desktop controller.
