I have been dealing with this since you FORCED this joke of an app update on us. NO INTELLIGENT support has been offered or available to date. I have followed all the recommended troubleshooting docs on this site and nothing has helped. My system worked flawlessly before you broke it with the new app. Now my speakers are seen in the spotify app but not in the Sonos app. READ THAT AGAIN! Spotify app sees them but the Sonos app does not. That should be a HUGE CLUE!!! I want a refund on all of my devices. YOU BROKE THIS NOT ME. My network is not the issue. It worked fine until you forced the update and now you expect me to change it to accommodate your poorly written code. Hire someone that knows how to run a company properly. FIX THIS NOW or come get this junk and give me my money back!
