I’ve been dealing with this most of the day.

I made the mistake of updating my sonos app.

Now it won’t recognize my speakers - I’m trying to install my move and five.

I’ve factory reset them and added them back again to the app.

Now it says they’re not registered. I click on register and the “fix it” button does nothing.

I’ve reset the app, re-installed the app, logged out and logged back in - none of those have made a difference.

This is extremely frustrating. Things were working just fine and with the new update, it’s all messed up.

I’ve been on hold with support for 45 minutes so far.

Is there a fix to this?

EDIT: my other speakers (beam and amp) are working fine so it’s not a wifi issue.

I’m in the same situation with a Play: 1 and a Play: 3. The update basically bricked my system.

I had the same - the way I did it was : resetting all my Sonos speakers to factory setting - deleting my account and creating a new one - delete the app -

basically start from scratch and it worked -

this is very very frustrating and I have spoken to customer support - we are not the only one and this issue comes from the new app that dos not upload the existing systems ……

I had to speak to customer support to fix my issue.

I’m not sure what fixed it exactly… sadly… other than doing what they asked me to… which I think I had already done. But nonetheless, that may be your only resort.
