The system dropped out o Saturday all of the streaming services would not play with either unable or error codes.
On Sunday I got some response via my outlook 10 pc and got BBC 2 to play
Still problematic on mobile got to be a software problem it opens up but all the streaming services are in the background and gray
I’ve had what sounds like this issue several times.
The #1 guaranteed way to fix this is don’t use the new app. 😭
Use the desktop app, install 16.1 on Android, or SonoPhone on iOS. Or airplay.
To troubleshoot your issue I would start with deleting and reinstalling.
