I tend to use the Sonos Windows desktop app as I work from home and it is easy for me to pause the music although I now sometimes use the voice command but does not work well when music is at a high volume.

 

However, I seem to be having trouble re-authorising the Apple app.

A week ago my Sonos desktop app asked to be re-authorised.

My new shiny Sonos IOS app continued to work okay but I re-authorised it anyway

 

Took about 3 attempts before I could play  using the desktop app.

 

Now not even a week later the destkop app is aksing to be re-authorised again.

I have done it again but it still wont play.

 

In between it has been working okay and my IOS app still works on Apple music

 

Thoughts?

Just to add that I have checked for updates and it says none

 

 

 


I just had a similar issue, Desktop App said Apple Music needs to be re-authorised after the update today. In the iOS app no option to do so but only to remove and re-add, this is not as it should work surely?
