This is the third week of problems trying to connect my desktop(windows 11) with the Sonos system. I called support twice, the problem was fixed both times, After not using Sonos for a few days, I try to run it, but get the same message as before(after this was fixed twice), the app cannot find the Sonos system. I don’t know if this may be a problem with my settings(internet etc) it is running on the same network as in my settings
