Hi,
Suddenly Sonos can’t add albums or songs to the queue.
See the inserted image.
I use Tidal as music service. I have rebooted my router and my Sonos devices.
My Sonos devices are connected to the router with an ethernet cable.
The Sonos app is updated.
I don’t what else to do. Any suggestions?
Is the problem to be found with Sonos, Tidal or my network?

Can you play direst from the Tidal app to your Sonos speakers?

You could try uninstalling the Tidal service on your Sonos system then reinstalling it.


Generate a diagnostic and ask Sonos support to tell you what is wrong.

Removing the Tidal service and adding it again seems to have solved the problem.
