Sonos Bridge has no lights and app no longer connecting

Hi,

 

I have two connect amps (quite a few years old - series 1 I think?). The app cannot detect anything and it says 'unable to connect to Sonos'. Looking at the bridge it no longer has a white light showing but is connected via a cable to the router and we have full Internet signal. 

I've turned on and off again and didn't seem to make any difference.

It seems like the bridge is not working...?  Help please!

The Bridge is long obsolete and prone to hard to find issues so you’d be best switching to using WiFi to connect your Sonos. Don’t think the new S2 App supports that but if you are still on S1 it is an easy change.

Another option is to connect one Sonos directly to your router with Ethernet.

Last option would be to hope it was a failed power supply and buy a replacement. Maybe Amazon?
