The latest Sonos app update has removed my speakers from the app and I am not able to add them back to the system. I keep getting “Not Registered “ messages and cannot get in touch with tech support.

The recent app update has MAJOR issues- there are warnings not to download but you cannot access SONOS without it. Yesterday I was 30th on the chat queue - today no chat access and 60min wait time on 0800 number.
Just wish they would retract the update as clearly product has been rendered unusable. I am fascinated I can turn off Bluetooth, wifi and data - and still have no control over my SONOS system.
No assistance from Services as overloaded in which shows you the extent of the issue they have created.
