I’d try to uninstall and reinstall the app?

Can you describe what happens?

Which version of Android is running on this device? Normally speaking, if it conforms to the supported OS for controllers FAQ, it should work, although I believe if they’re doing something non standard in the communications stack, there may be problems. It would be useful to get confirmation one way or the other from another OnePlus user. Sadly, I am not one. 

I open the app and it close imediatly

It is running Android 14

Did you try clearing the app data and clearing app cache in your Android settings, then delete the app, then turn the phone off and back on, before reinstalling the app?

There may be some residual app data remaining that could be preventing the app opening properly.

May I ask you how do you do that ? (clearing the app data and clearing app cache in your Android settings)

‘Clear Data’ should also be found under Storage.

Still the same issue
