And now you’re trapped with a “product” that wasn’t even ready for beta testing, just like the rest of us. What a joke these Sonos software geniuses are. Or more likely, their management.

Unfortunately you are far from alone! We have several Sonos products, some older, some brand new. Our new MacBook has updated the Sonos app and now can’t link to the libraries, iTunes, My Music folders etc, all on the same MacBook. This is not acceptable and given that the Sonos products are at the high end price point, they are obligated to put this right!

also, I called support and after an hour on hold a tech answered and was able to do the same thing as salami slices did. it works but… for how long, Sonos?
