Why is the Sonos app/ devices so flaky? The devices constantly disappear from the APP and there is no easy way to fix this.
i bought a new sub mini, which connected when I first connected it but then said it was not connected and then completely disappeared from the App. I’ve tried everything from resetting the sub to resetting the router. Nothing works.
in the mean time, My Arc SL also appeared as “not connected “ in the App!
When I tried to call support, I have a 60 MINUTE (!!) wait time!
I am sick of Sonos! How do I fix these issues?
