Hello,

I have an issue with Sonos Arc and Sonos app. using my Apple Music account.

Apple music is authorized in the Sonos app., but music started from the Sonos app. plays only several minutes. The sound is not heard, but Sonos app. shows Apple Music is still playing.

I use Sonos voice assistant very often, where the Apple music is launched and the music plays few minutes only. Sometimes the playing song is skipped in the middle – it looks like wrong connection between Sonos app. and Apple Music app. Tested with two iPhones 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max with the same behavior.

It worked without any problem couple of months ago.

In case the music starts from Apple Music app. (using air play) it works without any problem! Also Sonos Radio via Sonos app. works without any issue.

I was in touch with Sonos support via Chat, made all advises (restart all network components, reconnect speakers, remove Apple Music account and reauthorization, wi-fi/LAN cable connectivity) but nothing helped.

I use the latest versions of iOS, Sonos app. and Sonos drivers.

Used speakers: Sonos Arc and Sonos Roam SL

Any advises?
