Sorry. Yes it’s my local music which is from Amazon music. I’m pretty sure the files a download on Amazon music are coming across to the apps but just not being displayed. Everything up to S seems fine so for example I can’t select Sting as an artist.

I never access Amazon Music through My Music > Artists but just had a scroll… I don’t get past “Br” lol

I own a Sonos 5, in fact I own lots of audio gear, I am.old. The best way to sum this up is this. It's a Porsche without the tires. The physical hardware is relatively good or above average, the software and technology renders the product useless. I honestly don't need to pay for your proprietary nonsense  I don't even think a hedge fund will buy this for a few bases points. The more one pays for audio hardwares the easier and greater the sonic experience should be. Sonos has somehow found a way to do the exact opposite. Save your valuable time and pursrchase ANYTHING else.

A truly disappointing grift.
