I thought the nightmare was over, but I have suddenly been disconnected from all my services ie Plex, Mixcloid, radio, Spotify. I can't reconnect and can only control with old app on PC. I hate your company 

Assuming that you want some help, can you please identify what actions you’e taken to address and perhaps we can advise.


I have had to reload my mixcloud link again to Sonos, which then restores all connections.  However, once again this morning the app had emptied all my content and had to load everything again with passwords etc. Very time consuming.  There just seems to be fresh problems at every turn.
