I have been helping a neighbor restore his music library.  The library is there and has been indexed multiple times.  However, when he plays his playlists, the songs are fading in and out or sputtering as they play.

 

Does anyone have any ideas beyond rebooting everything- modem, router, bridge, etc.?

This sounds like a network issue...

Is your neighbor still using a Bridge or a Boost?

Is your neighbor using the S1or S2 app?

If they are on the S2 app and are still using a Boost remove it and connect a speaker to your router instead. The Boost is being fazed out.

Thanks Pools-3015.  I know he uses S2 but I will need to check on the bridge vs Boost.  I thought he was on BOOST.
