My system connects to a NAS drive which holds my music library of maybe 2000 albums.  I’ve noticed in the past week or so (but could have been happening before) that the music library has now shrunk to maybe only 200 albums. 

 

I have switched the NAS off and on.  I have re-indexed my music library manually (it is set up update every night anyway) and when i put a new album on the NAS and re-index it just isn’t seeing it at all. 

 

Any ideas?

It sounds like there is a communication problem between Sonos and the NAS drive. I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports about the situation.
