I noticed about a year ago this was happening for multiple people, but the topic was closed.  So -- it’s still happening for me.  I reauthorize SiriusXM and it seems to work for a day or two, but then fails again.  It’s not always the same channels either.   

Any update on this? 

That certainly suggests some sort of network issue between your speakers and SiriusXM. Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?


sonos has started to only play some channels on sirius not all.

again sonos s1 has been basically left for dead.  so as an early adopter I will either has to buy all new equipment or suffer with sonos’ refusal to maintain s1.

fact: I will never buy another unit from sonos again.
