I continue to have this error when using SiriusXM and Sonos but it only applies to certain channels?

I’ve read all the previous posts and tried their techniques but nothing will work- also the most recent post I’ve seen is a year old 

just submitted diagnostic but don’t have the number 

Since you didn’t save the number, your best bet would be to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it. They’d be able to figure out what diagnostic number would be associated, and then interpret it for you. 

When you speak directly to the phone folks, there are more options available for them to assist you.
